There are other requirements for damp proof and heat insulation in Changzhou Cold Storage Plate Project
The traditional moisture-proof material is petroleum asphalt felt, and the common method is the two-felt-three oil moisture-proof layer. The same insulation material can also use cork, polystyrene foam plastic board or foamed bulk polyurethane foam plastic.
Preparations for construction of Changzhou cold storage plate:
(1) No. 60 petroleum asphalt is used on the surface and inner wall of asphalt cold storage plate, and No. 10-30 petroleum asphalt is used as bonding device on the outer wall and roof.
(2) 350 or 500 petroleum asphalt felt is selected for asphalt felt.
(3) Cork bricks are compacted by cork particles with thickness of 27 mm, 75 mm and 100 mm, and are prepared according to design requirements.
Construction Conditions and Basic Level Requirements of Changzhou Cold Storage Plate:
1. Be familiar with the drawings carefully, and focus on the relationship between heat insulation, moisture proof and the main structure.
2. The materials used for damp proof and heat insulation layer of cold storage should be sampled and inspected after entering the field, and can be used only after they are qualified.
3. The base must be firm and smooth to prevent loosening and peeling. The flatness should be less than 5 mm and allowed to change smoothly when checked with a ruler.
4. All kinds of embedded parts (wood bricks, keels, bolts, etc.) and wall-piercing (boards) at the base level are accurate, all of which have to be omitted and dislocated.
5. The angle between the plane and the item is marked as an arc or obtuse angle.
6. When the heat insulation layer of cold storage is directly used on the cement mortar base, no moisture-absorbing additives shall be added to the cement mortar.
Key points of construction operation of Changzhou cold storage plate:
(1) Cleaning up the grass-roots units
Clean up the flotation and debris at the base level.
(2) Paint cold base oil
The asphalt is heated, * * * no foam, dehydrated, put into a container and cooled to about 80 C, slowly injected into gasoline, starting at 2-3L every time, after each 5L, with the injection of mixed * * * asphalt completely dissolved. Keep away from fire source during operation. The mixture ratio (weight) is 70% of gasoline and 30% of asphalt.
After the base is cleaned up, the rubber roller brush or paint brush is applied evenly on the base, so that no leakage is allowed, and the machine spraying method can also be used for construction.
If the base is wet, spraying cold base oil should be carried out in the initial setting square of cement mortar leveling layer to ensure that the cementing material has sufficient bonding force with the base.
Two additional linoleum layers should be laid on all corners of the cold storage. When laying, the material should be cut according to the shape of the corner and carefully pasted. The overlap width of the additional layer should not be less than 100 mm.
